A new building tracking service has been launched in the MAX messenger

The Ministry of Construction of Russia together with DOM.The Russian Federation has launched a service in the MAX messenger that allows tracking the market of new buildings, the press service of DOM.RF reported.

"The chatbot for new buildings on the site of the domestic messenger MAX is an important tool for tracking current news on the implementation of capital construction projects, which will be most relevant for people who are considering purchasing housing or awaiting completion of its construction. In addition, in order to develop opportunities for residents to interact and improve the quality of communication between apartment owners, management companies and city services, 504,190 house chats have already been created for apartment buildings, managed by management organizations and homeowners' associations," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.

With the help of the bot, MAX users can learn about the progress of construction, changes to the project declaration and documentation, get new photos of objects, track price updates and house commissioning.

"The chatbot ensures timely receipt of information about the status, documents and progress of construction of new buildings of interest. This way, home buyers can be sure that they will not miss important news about their property. At the same time, integration with the Russian messenger for users guarantees stable notification delivery and access to the service regardless of the operation of foreign platforms," commented the First Deputy General Director of DOM.Russian Federation Alexey Nidens.
