Krasnov: court decisions cannot become catalysts for fraudulent schemes

Court decisions should not facilitate fraud and other illegal schemes. This was announced on December 2 by Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia Igor Krasnov at a plenary session of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
"They should not contain hints, unsupported value judgments, generate ambivalence of interpretation, and even more so be a catalyst for fraudulent and other illegal schemes. Unfortunately, there are such facts," TASS quoted Krasnov as saying.
