Former Deputy Prosecutor General Lopatin heads the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court

Former Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Gennady Lopatin has been appointed Director General of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of Russia. The corresponding decision was made on December 2 by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov.

During the plenary session, the head of the supreme judicial instance invited the Council of Judges to coordinate his proposed candidacy. After the vote, Lopatin's appointment order was signed.
