The Russian Atom electric car will cost 3.9 million rubles excluding the state subsidy and 2.98 million rubles with it. This was reported on December 1 by <url> magazine. The brand's press service clarified that the price has not yet been publicly announced, but in the coming days an offer is being prepared for participants in the booking program with a fixed future price of less than 3 million rubles (taking into account government support) and special conditions for warranty and service.

In September, Atom passed certification and received Vehicle Type Approval, which allows it to begin mass production and sales in Russia. The certificate includes two versions — the basic version and the taxi version, which is characterized by the absence of a front passenger seat.

The length of the Atom electric car is 3995 mm, width — 1790 mm, height — 1643 mm, and wheelbase — 2635 mm. The stated turning radius is 4.9 m. Rims from 17 to 19 inches are provided.

The hatchback is equipped with a 204-horsepower electric motor on the rear axle, which allows you to accelerate from zero to "hundreds" in 8 seconds and reach 170 km/h. The battery capacity is 77 kWh, it lasts for 500 km without recharging. The battery can be charged from 20% to 80% in half an hour.

Industrial production of the domestic Atom electric car is scheduled to begin at the end of this year, and in 2026 the model should enter the market, Anton Alikhanov, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said the day before. In mid-June, Kama, the developer of the Atom electric car, reported on the completion of equipping the production site in Moscow, where the assembly line will be carried out. The body welding and painting zones, as well as the calibration, testing and quality control zone, are ready to launch mass production.

On November 25, Kama JSC, the developer of the Atom electric vehicle, announced that it had become the first Russian automaker and developer of autonomous vehicle technologies to receive the ASIL D certificate of conformity according to the ISO 26262 international standard.
