Illegal coal mining stopped in Amur region
Law enforcement officers of the Amur region stopped illegal coal mining, which caused damage in excess of 65 million rubles. This was announced on December 2 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.
"In the Amur region, as a result of a large-scale interdepartmental operation, illegal mining was suppressed. <...> As a result of operational search measures, the police found out that a group of "black diggers" carried out illegal mining of brown coal grade 2B. The attackers did not have a license to use the subsoil, lease or sale agreements for the land, or any other permission," the Telegram channel says.
