On November 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the situation on the battlefield a tragedy for the people of Ukraine related to the criminal policy of Kiev's "thieving junta."

"This is a tragedy. The tragedy of the Ukrainian people, which is connected with the criminal policy of the thieving junta that seized power in Kiev," the Russian leader said during a visit to one of the command posts of the United Group of Forces.

The enemy is unable to properly respond to the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Putin said.

Ukraine is sending new conscripts to the Red Army area, said Valery Solodchuk, commander of the Center group of troops, during a report to Putin. The forest belts are strewn with the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers who were sent to unblock Krasnoarmeysk, the military commander added.

The Russian President also said that the initiative is entirely in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces along the entire line of contact of the special military operation (SVO). In addition, the Chief of the General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, reported to Putin that the Combined Group of Troops was solving tasks according to its plan.
