The Coalition of the Willing has completed work on guarantees for Ukraine. This was announced on December 1 by French President Emmanuel Macron.

"In the coming days, key discussions will take place between American representatives and the coalition of the willing to clarify US participation in these guarantees," he said at a press conference after meeting with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.
