Ozon explained the mechanism for writing off tips at pick-up points

The Ozon marketplace does not charge tips from customers forcibly. This was announced on December 1 by the company's press service.

Earlier, information appeared on the network about the forced debit of tips by the marketplace to a PVZ employee. It clarifies that automatic debit should supposedly occur after the first payment.

"We will not intentionally write off tips if the customer does not want to leave them," the RIA Novosti press service reports.
