The Solaris HC crossover, which is produced at the former Hyundai plant in St. Petersburg, for the first time entered the top five most popular models of the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs) on the Russian market. This was announced on December 1 by the analytical agency Autostat.
Thus, according to the results of the 48th week of 2025 (November 24-30), 1,074 new Solaris HC crossovers were sold in the Russian Federation. This model is based on the Korean Hyundai Creta and is produced under the Russian brand.
The Haval Jolion crossover still holds the lead in this rating, with sales of 1,592 vehicles last week. The Tenet T7 crossover is in second place with an indicator of 1,337 cars sold, and the Tenet T4 crossover (1,243 units) is in third place, both are manufactured at the former Volkswagen plant in the Kaluga region. The top five were completed by Solaris HC and Geely Monjaro (968 units).
The top ten bestsellers of the SUV segment include the Belgee X50 (928 units) and Belgee X70 (884 units) crossovers, the Lada Niva Legend SUV (785 units), the Haval M6 crossover (748 units) and the Lada Niva Travel SUV (717 units).
Earlier, on November 26, it was reported that by the end of October, the Lamborghini Urus supercross became the most popular model on the used luxury car market in Russia. According to the open data of classifieds, such cars on the secondary market cost from 30 million rubles.
