A 12-year-old girl was injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in Kaspiysk. This was announced on December 1 by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Dagestan.
The ministry clarified that the victim was taken to the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, where she is receiving the necessary medical care. The child was diagnosed with a mild, non-penetrating chest injury.
"Her life and health are not in danger," the department's Telegram channel added.
Earlier in the day, the head of the republic, Sergei Melikov, announced the prevention of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Caspian Sea. Then the head of the region asked to take proper precautions and avoid open areas of the streets.
