Ukraine said it had taken into account Kazakhstan's concerns about the situation at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) terminal in Novorossiysk. This was announced on November 30 by the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

"We emphasize that no actions of the Ukrainian side are directed against the Republic of Kazakhstan or other third parties," the department's Telegram channel says.

The Foreign Ministry expressed respect for the Kazakh people and commitment to the development of friendly and pragmatic relations.

On November 29, one of the CPC berths was damaged as a result of a Ukrainian attack. Also, in response to the incident with the berth, loading and other operations at the terminal were stopped, and tankers were diverted outside the CPC water area.

At the same time, the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan urgently activated a plan to redirect oil to alternative routes after the attack. These measures were taken to minimize negative impacts and maintain production rates at large deposits.

Igor Yushkov, an expert at the Financial University and the National Energy Security Fund, pointed out that the attack of Ukrainian unmanned boats on the CPC is a blow to the interests of Kazakhstan, as well as American and European companies.
