In Kyrgyzstan, the voter turnout in the early parliamentary elections after processing 100% of the ballots was 36.9%. This is evidenced by the data on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic.

According to the CEC, 1,584,446 people came to cast their votes for the candidates. In the previous parliamentary elections, held in 2021, the turnout was 34.94%.

The commission recalled that there is no threshold for turnout in the current elections, as the results will be considered valid regardless of the number of people who voted.

The elections were held on November 30, starting at 08:00 local time (05:00 Moscow time). 2,492 polling stations were opened, including 27 remote voting stations and 100 abroad.

Igor Shestakov, a Kyrgyz political scientist and director of the Oh Ordo Center for Expert Initiatives, announced on November 23 that the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan scheduled for November 30 would be held with a low turnout, without large-scale protests. According to the expert, the difference between the current candidates for mandates and those who participated in the local elections last year is minimal.
