Trump denied reports of a possible strike on Venezuela
US President Donald Trump said that he had previously recommended that the airspace over Venezuela be considered closed, stressing that Washington does not consider this country as friendly. This became known on December 1.
"We consider Venezuela to be not a very friendly country," TASS quoted the American leader as saying.
It is clarified that Trump made a statement that his words should not be interpreted as an indication of the possibility of military strikes on the territory of the country.
"Don't make any sense of it," the agency quoted the US president as saying.
