The shortest working week is expected in December: Russians will only work on December 29 and 30 in the last week. This was announced on December 1 by Svetlana Bessarab, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs.

"The last week of December will be the shortest. We will work for only two days: Monday and Tuesday," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
