After the negotiations between the Ukrainian and American delegations in Florida, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky received a report on the meeting from Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Rustem Umerov, who led the Ukrainian diplomats. Zelensky announced this on November 30 in the Telegram channel.
