- In Kamchatka, the contractor was charged more than 1 billion rubles for disrupting the construction of a hospital
In the Kamchatka Territory, a contractor was charged 1.21 billion rubles for disrupting the construction of a medical facility. This was announced on December 1 by the Arbitration Court of the region.
"The Arbitration Court of the Kamchatka Territory has received a statement of claim from the KGKU "Unified Directorate for the Construction of the Kamchatka Regional Hospital facility" to the contractor Crocus International JSC for the recovery of financial sanctions in the amount of 1 billion 21 million rubles for violating the deadlines for the construction of the first stage of a new medical facility," the court said in a Telegram channel.
It is noted that in 2021, a contract worth more than 13 billion rubles was signed for the construction of the hospital. The facility was supposed to be commissioned on December 31, 2024.
In addition to payments for delays, the contractor must pay a fine of 1.8 million for violations during the construction process.
The accused does not admit his guilt.
