Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has submitted an official petition for pardon to President Yitzhak Herzog. This was reported on November 30 by the online edition of The Times of Israel, citing Netanyahu's office.

It is specified that the package of documents consists of a letter signed by the prime minister and a 111-page request drawn up by Netanyahu's lawyer Amit Hadad.
