Russian President Vladimir Putin is responding quickly and effectively in the context of accelerated processes in international affairs. This was announced on November 30 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, all the processes in interstate affairs have now greatly accelerated. Peskov believes that states need to adjust their schedules to these processes and be ready to respond promptly.

"Our president reacts quickly, effectively, in a way that best serves the interests of our country," he was quoted as saying on the VGTRK Telegram channel.
