Sleboda, a political scientist, announced Europe's intention to prevent Trump from establishing peace in Ukraine

Europe is trying to prevent peace in Ukraine by obstructing the current US position on conflict resolution. This was announced on November 29 by American political scientist Mark Sleboda in an interview with the Dialogue Works YouTube channel.

"The European political elite is seething with rage and longs for a conflict with Russia, which they cannot win now. They live in a very strange and very dangerous alternate reality world. This makes them dangerous to others. But they always have a reserve — they expect to draw the United States into their defense. <...> But, of course, under [US President Donald] This is not entirely realistic for Trump," Sloboda said.

According to the political scientist, the "cornered Europeans" are considering different options for influencing Trump's course to prevent peace in Ukraine.

At the same time, Sleboda stressed that Europe should not expect the United States to stand up for Europe in the Ukrainian conflict.
