- Sobyanin summed up the results of the two years of work of the Moscow — on the Wave project
Over the two years of operation, the Moscow fish markets of the Moscow — on-the-Wave project have already been visited by almost three million people, who purchased over two thousand tons of products. These results of the project were announced by the Mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.
He recalled that the first fish market was launched in Kosino-Ukhtomsky in 2023 and immediately became very popular. A year later, another market was opened in Mitin.
"The secret of the popularity of the sites lies in the convenience of shopping and a large selection: fish and seafood from all the main "fish" regions of the country are presented here," Sobyanin wrote on his channel in the MAX.
He recalled that all products undergo strict control in their own laboratory before they reach the counter. Discounts are provided for the families of ITS participants and pensioners. In addition, there is a delivery service, launched at the request of residents, and an open kitchen where they cook the purchased fish.
From May 30 to June 8, the ninth Moscow —on-the-Wave festival was held in the capital as part of the urban project "Summer in Moscow." Fish week". Within its framework, there was a large-scale market on Shkolnaya Street, consisting of several thematic departments. Frozen sea and river fish, chilled fish, cold and hot smoked fish could be purchased there.
