The court arrested the deputy general director of the Stroitechnoholding construction company on suspicion of especially large-scale fraud. This was reported on November 29 in the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Dagestan.

"The Sovetsky District Court of Makhachkala granted the request of the investigation and detained the deputy general director of Stroitechnoholding LLC," the Telegram channel says.

It is noted that the suspect submitted forged acceptance certificates for completed works, realizing that they were not completed in full. Based on these documents, 289 million rubles were transferred to the account of the controlled organization.

The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of one month.

On November 24, the Tagansky Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for Irina Yasakova, former vice-president of the Oboronstroy Association. It is noted that the decision to imprison Yasakova in jail was made on November 21 as part of a criminal case under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud on an especially large scale").
