Starting from December 1, the rules for processing international parcels will be changed in the Russian Federation. This was announced on November 29 by the Russian Post company.

"Starting from December 1, 2025, the Russian Post will carry out a technological change of the international products "Small Package", "Parcel", "Bag M", which will replace the first letter in the dashed postal identifier from "R" to "L," RIA Novosti quotes the company's letter.
