The Ukrainian side will be represented at the talks with the United States by Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Andrei Gnatov and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Rustem Umerov. This was announced on November 28 by President Vladimir Zelensky.
They should also be joined by employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of the country's intelligence agencies. According to the Ukrainian leader, a bilateral meeting should take place in the near future.
