PSB received the award for the development of corporate sports

PSB became the winner of the IV National Award in the field of corporate sports development ARCORPS AWARDS 2025, receiving awards in two categories — "The best internal communications program in the field of corporate sports and healthy lifestyle" and "The best family corporate event". This was reported by the press service of the PSB.

"The development of corporate sports and the support of a healthy lifestyle for the PSB is a contribution to the achievement of Russia's national development goals, to the development of physical activity and well—being of the population, investments in human capital, and the key to sustainable business development. For more than five years now, we have been building and developing our sports ecosystem, transforming our corporate culture in such a way as to maintain open communication with employees, partners and customers and develop human resources. We will continue to promote a healthy lifestyle among the population and expand the geography of the bank's sports projects, and we have ambitious plans in this direction," said Ruben Begunts, Vice President and Director of the Corporate Culture and Sustainable Development Department at PSB.

The Bank has been implementing the PSB Sport corporate sports development program since 2019, and now it includes more than 50 sections, group training sessions, participation in interbank and industry tournaments, and regular master classes from the country's leading athletes. About 11,000 employees of the bank from different regions of Russia take part in the program events.

The award of the Association for the Development of Corporate Sports annually identifies the most effective projects and companies that use physical activity as a tool to strengthen team spirit, maintain a healthy lifestyle and employee productivity. This year, the expert jury of the award reviewed the projects of more than 150 Russian industry leaders in 23 nominations.
