The organizer of the rehab in the Moscow region was charged with three counts.

Anna Khobotova, the organizer of a rehab for teenagers in the Moscow region, has been charged under three articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This was reported on November 28 in the Moscow Regional Court.

"Khobotova was charged under paragraphs "d", "e" of part 2 of Article 117 ("Torture of minors by a group of persons" — Ed.), part 3 of Article 127 ("Unlawful deprivation of liberty" — Ed.), paragraphs "a", "c" of part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements and have caused serious harm to health," the press service told RIA Novosti.
