The readiness of the Kadalinsky industrial park in Chita was estimated at 75%. It is being built in the territory of advanced development (TOP). The facility was connected to the sanitation and water supply networks.
The press service of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) said that the connection capacity is 400 cubic meters per day. This fully corresponds to the design needs of the industrial park.
The quality of the supplied water was confirmed by the test reports of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in Transbaikalia. Thus, all future production facilities in the park will be provided with water, and the wastewater disposal system will accept wastewater in accordance with all regulations. The accounting unit is installed and sealed on the border of the site, writes ChitaMedia news agency with reference to Anna Burdinskaya, director of the Department of operation of the KRDV.
Work continues on all the main facilities. The checkpoint building was completed by 75%. There are foundations, metal structures, roofing, sandwich panels and windows. Workers are laying engineering networks. The data center building is still ready. Work on wall filling and installation of ventilation equipment continues.
Production buildings are 85%, 88% and 90% ready. The administrative building is 70% complete, and ventilation and flooring are still being installed there. The external heating mains networks were completed by 99%, and the storm sewer system by 70%.
Earlier it was reported that in Transbaikalia, about 1.6 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction of seven hydraulic structures in 2026. Four GTS will be built in Chita and one each in Khilka, Shilka and Chernyshevsk. Another 40 million rubles are provided for the restoration of the coastlines of 14 rivers in Chita and Sretensk, as well as Chernyshevsky, Chita, Nerchinsky, Shilkinsky and Krasnochikoy districts.
