VTB has received permission to withdraw $900 million worth of sanctioned assets from the balance sheet. This was announced on November 28 by Dmitry Pyanov, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of the bank.
"The allocation itself will end in December. We are planning a beautiful date — December 12th, but there may be administrative delays. Nevertheless, we plan to complete this within 2025," Pyanov said, as quoted by TASS.
