The European Union (EU) fears that Belgium is using the proceeds from frozen Russian assets to its advantage. The Politico newspaper writes about this on November 28.

"There are doubts about whether Belgium is fulfilling its promise to transfer additional revenues to Ukraine," a senior EU diplomat told the newspaper.
