A partial collapse of an object under construction occurred in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, four people were injured. The relevant information was published on November 28 on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Sakhalin Region.

"According to preliminary information, when pouring concrete, a part of a two—story building under construction collapsed," the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that four people were injured in the incident, according to preliminary data, three are under the rubble. 16 people and five units of special equipment, including a dog training team, continue to work at the scene.

The verdict of the owner of the mine, in which 51 people died, was milder than that of its immediate supervisors.

In August, three workers were injured in a collapse at a facility under construction in Magas in the Republic of Ingushetia, one of them was hospitalized. It was clarified that the cause of the incident could be the destruction of the formwork, which occurred due to excessive load when pouring the concrete mixture.
