Houses and cars were damaged in seven municipalities of the Rostov region due to an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 28 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"In the Rostov region, the air defense [air defense] forces repelled an air attack, destroying and suppressing UAVs [unmanned aerial vehicles] in Chertkovsky, Oktyabrsky rural, Sholokhovsky, Millerovsky, Dubovsky districts, Shakhty and Taganrog. <...> Several vehicles were damaged in the Mines, as well as the maintenance floor, windows were broken. and on the balconies of a 5-storey building," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is noted that there are no casualties.
