Russians can apply for a funded pension even before the retirement age — upon reaching 55 years for women and 60 years for men. Vadim Vinogradov, Professor and Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, told about this on November 28.
"The right to pension savings, according to the law On Funded Pensions, arises earlier — at 55 for women and 60 for men," the Prime agency quotes the expert as saying.
