Singer Alla Pugacheva will be obliged to demolish the pier at her estate on the banks of the Istra River in Solnechnogorsk. A check by Rosvodresurs showed that the singer was illegally using the coastal territory. This was announced to Izvestia on November 27 by entrepreneur Gleb Ryskov.

"There is no information in the State Water Register about the availability of permits confirming the right to use a water body in the area of the specified land plot for the location of this facility," the document says, which was obtained by Izvestia.

The verification of the legality of the use of Pugacheva's land plot began after the appeal of entrepreneur Ryskov.

On November 17, it became known from the Rospatent electronic database that Pugacheva had lost the Retsal trademark in force in Russia. It was clarified that the trademark was filed with the agency in 2015 and was registered two years later. However, it expired in October of this year.
