This information was announced by the city authorities in response to an appeal from public figures received after the accident on November 20. Two female pedestrians were killed in the accident. A criminal case has been opened.

Workers have already started setting up an unregulated pedestrian crossing at the intersection. The new version of the traffic management project provides for traffic lights and regulated pedestrian crossings on the streets of the city.
