The Higher Qualification Board of Judges (HCCC) has cancelled the resignation of the former chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court, Alexander Chernov. This was reported on November 27 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

Chernov himself did not attend the meeting of his colleague. According to his lawyer, he is undergoing long-term rehabilitation and was unable to attend the hearing for health reasons.
