Dolina Lurie, who bought an apartment, lost the court again and was left without money.

The second Court of Cassation rejected the complaint of Polina Lurie, who had previously purchased an apartment from Larisa Dolina, and retained ownership of the property for the singer. This was reported on November 27 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

"Lurie's cassation appeal should be dismissed," the court verdict says.

The complaint was considered behind closed doors. Larisa Dolina's side insisted on this, as the singer's medical examination data was announced during the meeting.

Polina Lurie herself announced her intention to appeal to the Supreme Court. Her lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko told RIA Novosti that even if the Supreme Court invalidates the deal, bilateral restitution will be applied. This assumes that both parties will return to their original property status, which means that their rights will be restored and the property will be returned to both parties to the transaction.

The meetings will be held behind closed doors due to threats to the actress and her lawyer.

Dolina lost her savings in August 2024 due to the actions of telephone scammers and sold the apartment at their request. From April to June, the attackers in Ukraine deceived the singer, forcing her to transfer funds. The actress realized that she had become a victim of deception, and turned to law enforcement for help.

In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky District Court of the capital ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Polina Lurie. As a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the singer in the framework of the criminal case.

Later, on September 8, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal. At the same time, the Moscow City Court recognized the legal decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter. On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation.
