Russia is ready to record the absence of state intentions to attack Europe. This was announced on November 27 by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a press conference following a state visit to Kyrgyzstan.

"We need to put everything into diplomatic language, because it's one thing to say that "Russia is not going to attack Europe." It sounds funny to us, doesn't it? We never intended to! But if they want to hear it from us, well, let's fix it, there are no questions," he stressed.
