Sberbank has launched a new service "Cadastral works with Domclick", which simplifies the registration of a house and registration of ownership rights. This was announced at the Domclick Digital Forum conference in Moscow.

The new service will help to put the house on the cadastral register and register ownership in one meeting. At the same time, there is no need to independently understand all the nuances, look for a cadastral engineer and visit Rosreestr or the MFC, the bank noted.

The service fully organizes the turnkey process, from submitting an application to submitting registration documents. "As a result, the user significantly saves his time by entrusting cadastral work to an experienced specialist with professional certified equipment," Sberbank emphasized.

To use the service, you will need to submit a request. After completing the construction of the house, Domclick will select a cadastral engineer. The specialist will arrive at a convenient time for the client, draw up a technical plan and independently send the documents to Rosreestr.
