On November 27, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced that he was not seeking to mediate negotiations on Ukraine, since Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky refuses to cooperate.

"I don't like any mediation. What kind of intermediary will I be? <… > You can hear that everyone agrees to negotiate in Belarus and cooperate with Belarus. Except for Volodya Zelensky," he said.
