More than 71,000 residents in 126 settlements of the Kakhovsky district of the Kherson region were left without electricity as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 27 by the head of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"Kakhovsky district. More than 71 thousand people in 126 settlements remain without electricity. The water supply is provided by backup sources. Repairs are underway," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
