Analysts predicted the transformation of the business with an AI conductor by 2030
The business is preparing for a large-scale transformation: by 2030, companies will introduce a set of innovations where artificial intelligence will act as the conductor of technological processes. According to a report by the research company Gartner, the key trends are centered around three clusters — Architecture, Synthesis and Avangard, with six out of ten innovations directly related to AI technologies. This was reported on November 27 by the Delovoy Peterburg newspaper.
Analysts pay special attention to multi-agent systems, where several neural networks interact like an orchestra, distributing tasks and controlling each other. Ivan Alexandrov, Head of implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions at Alfa Bank, explained that such an architecture reduces risks by dividing functions between the conductor model, performers and the quality controller. By 2028, more than half of these systems will become interoperable, paving the way for the creation of a global network of highly specialized agents.
"You have a model–a conductor who sets the task, there are performers and a quality controller. As a result, the risk that one "fantasizing" agent will give the broken code to the client is reduced — other systems will insure it," the expert explains.
At the same time, vibecoding is developing — creating software solutions using AI without special skills. Gartner predicts that by 2029, 80% of companies will transform large-scale developments into compact solutions based on AI platforms. However, according to Alexander Kugaevskikh, associate professor at the ITMO's Artificial Intelligence Training Center, 95% of business projects using GPT-like models do not reach the industrial circuit due to the lack of structured data and teams capable of integrating AI into processes.
In the Sintez cluster, a special place is occupied by physical AI — robots and automated systems that will serve 80% of warehouses by 2027. Chief Operating Officer for giper marketplaces.fm Sergey Deminov confirms that retail and logistics are already actively implementing inventory robots and autonomous vehicles.
The trend of geopatriation, the "grounding" of IT capacities in a particular region, is becoming critically important for Russian business. Experts note that domestic chips and data centers are lagging behind world leaders, but they note the growing demand for sovereign infrastructure. According to experts, the gap between Russian and foreign AI solutions is about 2-3 years, while the shortage of computing power remains an acute problem - there are only five supercomputers in Russia compared to 171 in the United States and 40 in China.
Earlier, on August 4, it was reported that the creation of universal artificial intelligence (AGI), which has cognitive capabilities at the human level, may occur within the next decade. It is noted that responsible implementation of AGI can lead to "radical abundance", increasing human productivity and paving the way to a new level of technological prosperity.
