The Supreme Court has declared FBK a terrorist organization

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the recognition of the American legal entity Anti-Corruption Fund as a terrorist organization (FBK is recognized as an extremist organization, a foreign agent and banned in the Russian Federation). This is reported by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

It is noted that this court decision is subject to immediate execution.

The Anti-Corruption Foundation ceased to exist as a legal entity in 2021.

Lawyer Ilya Craft noted in an interview with Izvestia that FBK's activities are extremist in nature. He pointed out that FBK members involved young people in various kinds of extremist activity. In addition, supporters of the movement sent photos of Nazi criminals to the website of the Immortal Regiment, that is, they rehabilitated Nazism.
