Six long-term construction projects were commissioned in Krasnoyarsk in 2024-2025

In Krasnoyarsk, six problematic facilities were completed and put into operation in two years. This is reported by the city Department of Urban Planning.

In 2025, three facilities were put into operation. These are the administrative building on Vzletnaya Street, the office building on Belinsky Street and the apartment building on Gruntovaya Street, 28a.

According to Sergey Shikunov, deputy head of the city's urban planning department, construction of the latter began back in 2007, but the developer went bankrupt, as did the second company that took over the facility. In 2020, the right to manage the unfinished construction was transferred to the Federal Territorial Development Fund, after which work was resumed.

In 2024, a cultural and entertainment complex at 1 Tomilina Street was put into operation in Krasnoyarsk. Before the beginning of the "noughties", the building housed the Stroitel cinema, then it was decided to rebuild it, but the work was never completed. Sports facilities on Martynov and Molokov streets were also completed last year. Developers are currently looking for tenants, so both are still not functioning.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, work continues on nine more long-term construction projects. It is also planned to organize auctions to complete the construction of a sports and recreation center on Biathlon Street, a production base on 2nd Bryanskaya, a tourist center at 52 Bazayskaya Street and a number of other facilities.
