The Moscow Arbitration Court called for a peaceful settlement of the dispute related to the performance of the cover of the song "Across the Bars" by singer Anna Asti (real name — Anna Dzyuba) in the project of actor Stanislav Yarushin. This was reported on November 26 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

A representative of the actor, lawyer Dmitry Makarov, said in an interview with Izvestia that Yarushin acted as a presenter at the event, during which one of the performers sang the song "Across the Bars" in Tatar. Later, a video from the event was posted on RuTube. The video was edited and uploaded by Sabina Aliyeva, who was brought in as a second defendant.

Phoenix Music has claimed copyright for the use of this work and believes that Yarushin <...> must be responsible for illegal use. In fact, Yarushin was only in the role of a presenter," the lawyer said.

The artist's representative noted that the parties could not agree.
