Relations between Russia and the United States continue to be in the early stages of the normalization process. This was stated on November 26 at a press conference at the International Multimedia Press Center "Russia Today" by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

"Our relations with the United States are still in the early stages of the normalization process, and the overall success of this process is not guaranteed," Ryabkov said.

On November 16, he said that the leaders' meeting had been postponed for the time being, but contacts were underway. He noted that there were no signals from the United States that the understandings reached in Anchorage were not working. The results of the summit have been communicated to the Ukrainian side.
