"Over the past five years, dear friends, the number of donors in our country has increased by more than 30%. In early November, we passed the threshold of 2 million donations since the beginning of the year," she said.
Golikova also noted that 80% of donors return for repeated blood donation two or more times a year. She also pointed to the high level of social responsibility and charity of the citizens of the Russian Federation.
