- November 27 has been declared a day of mourning in Taganrog for the victims of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelling.
The Taganrog authorities declared November 27 a day of mourning for those killed as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced by the mayor of the city Svetlana Kambulova in her Telegram channel.
"At a meeting of the Operational Headquarters of the Rostov region, I reported to the Governor of the Rostov Region, Yuri Slyusar, on the measures we are taking to eliminate the consequences of the attack by enemy unmanned aircraft," Kambulova wrote.
According to the mayor, a commission is working in the city to assess the damage caused and a mobile headquarters has been set up to receive documents for providing one-time financial assistance to the affected residents. Special attention was paid to preventing the filming and distribution of materials from the scene.
Governor Yuri Slyusar stressed the importance of complying with the decree banning photo and video filming of the consequences of the use of weapons. Law enforcement agencies will identify and hold accountable the authors of such recordings.
