Sberbank has attracted partners to work on AI

The Domclick Department of Sberbank, the Association for the Development of Financial Technologies, and DOM Bank.The Russian Federation signed a memorandum of cooperation within the framework of the Domclick Digital Forum. The document establishes the intention of the parties to jointly develop a new approach to assessing the market value of real estate, involving the use of artificial intelligence technologies. This was reported by the press service of Sber.

"Our cooperation allows us to reach a new level of development of the real estate market, offering modern and innovative solutions that transform the industry. Together, we are creating the digital space of the future, where artificial intelligence and innovation improve the quality of our services, making them faster, more convenient and more transparent for all market participants," said Alexey Leipi, Director of Sberbank's Domclick Department.

According to the agreements, the participants will exchange expertise and coordinate work on digital solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of housing assessment processes. The main goal of the partnership is to create scientific and technical tools that increase the convenience and transparency of transactions in the real estate market.

Earlier, the Bank of Russia positively assessed the concept of an automated AI-based real estate valuation service, pointing out the need to adjust current legislation for its full implementation.
