The mayor of Novorossiysk spoke about the damage in the city after the UAV attack
At least 20 apartments, 15 private houses, a sports school and a city polyclinic were damaged in Novorossiysk as a result of an attack on the city by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on November 26 by the mayor of the city Andrey Kravchenko.
"Working groups continue to make apartment—by-apartment rounds of houses affected by the UAV attack <...> City services, together with management companies, are cleaning public spaces," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
According to Kravchenko, the drone strikes hit the Central, Eastern, Southern and Novorossiysk regions. It is noted that the district administrations have begun work on collecting documentation for the registration of a one-time financial payment to the victims.
The day before, the Novorossiysk city services began to eliminate the consequences of the UAV attack. It was clarified that apartment buildings and private residential buildings were damaged as a result of the explosions. In several cases, UAV debris caused fires, including on Yuzhnaya, Rybatskaya, Dzerzhinsky Avenue and others.
