The assembly of the new Baltiets-2 train was completed at the Oktyabrsky Electric Car Repair Plant. In the near future, he will be sent to a depot to work on the Moskovsko-Petrogradskaya line.

The final run-in will take place at the blue Baltiets-2 depot.

Earlier it was reported that the State Unitary Enterprise St. Petersburg Metro is ready to purchase rails and mechanical spare parts for rolling stock in excess of 700 million rubles. The company is looking for a contractor to carry out the purchase. Several large purchases have been announced at once. The order completion period should not exceed 190 days, and priority should be given to Russian-made goods.
