Joan Templeman, wife of the founder of the aerospace company Virgin Galactic, British billionaire Richard Branson, died at the age of 80. This was announced on November 26 by the businessman himself.

"It is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of Joan, my wife and partner of 50 years. She was the most wonderful mother and grandmother our children and grandchildren could ever dream of.
